Welcome to Lee County APA. By participating in our leagues, events, programs, website, or SMS communications, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Participation

By registering for or participating in any Lee County APA league, event, or program, you agree to follow all applicable league rules, policies, and codes of conduct established by Lee County APA and the American Poolplayers Association (APA).

Lee County APA reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of league rules, misconduct, or behavior deemed harmful to the organization or its members.

2. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information (including email address and mobile phone number), you consent to receive communications from Lee County APA related to:

• League schedules and match reminders

• Event updates

• Administrative announcements

• Account or registration information

• Important league notifications

Communications may be sent via email, phone call, or SMS/text message.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Lee County APA, you agree to the following:

• Messages may include league reminders, schedule updates, event notifications, and important account information.

Participation in league play and events involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree that Lee County APA, its staff, affiliates, and venue partners are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during league or event participation, except where prohibited by law.

Lee County APA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
